성인 경항통에서 부항을 통상적 치료와 병행하였을 경우에 통상적 치료만 시행하는 것에 비해 유의한 통증 감소가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 경항통 환자 임상진료 시 통상적 치료를 받고 있는 환자에서 증상 개선을 위해 부항 협진치료를 고려할 수 있다

추나 치료는 성인의 경항통에서 추나 및 통상적 치료를 함께 시행하는 것이 통상적1) 치료만을 시행하는 것에 비해 유의한 통증 감소가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 경항통 환자 임상진료 시 통상적 치료를 받고 있는 환자에서 증상개선을 위해 추나 협진치료를 고려할 수 있다.

성인 경항통 환자에서 추나 치료 시 앙와위 경추 신연기법, 앙와위 경추 JS 신연 교정기법 등을 활용할 수 있다.

성인의 경항통에서 도침치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하였을 때 유의한 통증 감소 효과가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 경항통 환자 임상진료 시 통상적 치료를 받고 있는 환자에서 증상개선을 위해 도침 협진치료를 고려할 수 있다.

도침 시술을 위해서는 시술 방법뿐만 아니라 안전한 시술을 위한 교육을 받는 것이 필요하다. 퇴행성
변화 등으로 인한 만성 및 재발성 통증이 있는 경우 고려할 수 있다.

성인의 경항통에서 전침치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하였을 때 유의한 통증 감소 효과가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 경항통 환자 임상진료 시 통상적 치료를 받고 있는 환자에서 증상 개선을 위해 전침 협진치료를 고려할 수 있다

전침의 주파수는 5-10Hz, 강도는 근육 연축이 약하게 발생하면서 환자가 심한 불편감을 느끼지 않는
정도를 일반적으로 고려할 수 있다.
