금연치료시 정신심리적 지표의 개선을 위해 니코틴 대체 요법과 행동치료만을 시행하는 것에 비해 니코틴 대체 요법과 행동치료 그리고 이압 복합치료를 시행하는 것을 고려해야 한다.
